We are a leading solar innovation company. Our solar solutions are based on grid captive, and Diesel + PV hybrid and have been designed for resort and island style self power models.
Having out grown the domestic solar market in Australia, we turned to solving solar power with environmentally sustainable hybrid systems that do not create battery waste while still saving energy costs. Our initial work with rural Australian sites led us to develop systems that suited island generated captive grid power that fits perfectly with resort energy models.
We turned to the Maldives in particular as there exists a significant number of islands that rely on self generated power, and that also can significantly benefit from solar energy to reduce costs and environmental impact from fuel based electricity generators.
Over the years we've been involved with the renewable energy business, we've seen many places adopt green energy options. The traditional grid connect or off grid systems are well established, but almost nothing was available for island and remote village models, certainly nothing affordable.
Over 4 years of R&D has led to our solution being adopted into the Maldives, and proven at the Coca-Cola factory installation on K. Thulusdhoo. We are partnered with Schneider, ABB and Power & Drive Engineering, we have launched our solution in the Maldives since 2016.
